Hi there! Bean here — yes, I was a 3lb Chihuahua, and yes, I started an exotic animal rescue. Don’t let my size fool you.

It all started over 8 years ago when a Bearded Dragon came into our lives and changed everything. One scaly little face was all it took to open our hearts — and our home — to the animals that most people overlook, give up on, or simply don’t know how to help.

That’s how EARR was born. Exotic Animal Rescue, Rehabilitation & Sanctuary exists for the animals that need us most — the medical cases, the special needs babies, the ones who arrived broken and learned to trust again. We focus primarily on Sugar Gliders, but our family also includes Bearded Dragons, Hedgehogs, Guinea Pigs, Chihuahuas, and more little souls who deserve a chance.

Every single animal here has a story. And we’re here to make sure it has a good ending.

We’re a registered 501(c3) nonprofit, run on love, volunteers, and the occasional Chihuahua nap. If you want to follow along, help out, or just watch some ridiculously cute animals on our live stream— you’re in the right place.
